All policy information is available in the policies section of your Feather account. The policy details page shows your policy status, policy number, insured person, and start date. From this page, you can also open your digital insurance card, add dependents, cancel your policy, view recent claims, and access your policy and visa-related documents.
How do I access my policy details in my Feather account?
You can access your policy details by following these steps:
Log in to your Feather account.
Open the policies section.
Select your expat health insurance policy to view its details.
What information is shown on my policy details page?
The policy details page displays the following information about your coverage:
Your policy status and policy number (Numéro d'assurance)
Your monthly premium
The name of the insured person
Your policy start date
Your digital insurance card
Recent claims and the current status of each claim
Your policy documents and any visa-related documents
What documents are available in my Feather account after signing up?
Your supporting documents are available in your account as soon as you sign up. The following documents are included:
Insurance certificate FR in French (sometimes titled Visa compliance confirmation letter depending on when you signed up): this is the document you'll need to present to the French authorities (and they will most likely want to see that French version)
Insurance certificate EN in English
Expat Health EU confirmation of coverage in English and German (this is only for your records and not needed for official purposes)
Insurance conditions in English
We only provide digital versions of these documents, but you are welcome to print them if you need physical copies for your visa or residence permit appointment.
Can I use my expat health insurance documents for address verification?
Your expat health insurance documents cannot be used for address verification. Your address does not appear on any policy documents or receipts, and it cannot be added, since these documents are generated automatically and cannot be amended. For address verification, use your residence registration, a home insurance policy, or a utility or phone bill instead. For accounting purposes, use your invoices together with your bank's transaction statements.
What actions can I take from my policy details page?
