How to add a dependent
Log in to your Feather customer account.
Go to your mutuelle policy and select the option to add a dependent.
Enter the required details for the person you want to add.
Your monthly premium will be updated to reflect the additional dependent, and you’ll see the new price before you confirm.
The change usually takes effect from the next payment cycle.
How to remove a dependent
Removing a dependent is not immediate and is treated as a formal cancellation for that person.
Log in to your Feather customer account and go to your mutuelle policy.
Select the option to request the removal of a dependent.
You may be asked to provide supporting documents (such as proof of divorce, a death certificate, or another relevant official document, depending on your situation).
Feather will guide you through the required steps and inform you of any documents needed.
The removal is handled under the official cancellation rules, including any notice periods or effective dates.
Your premium will be adjusted after the removal takes effect.
