After you sign up for your mutuelle, there are two quick steps to complete in your Feather account before your mutuelle card can be issued:
Add your IBAN
This is needed so you can receive your reimbursements directly to your bank account.
Upload your required document
Usually this means uploading your “attestation de droits” (proof of public health coverage).
Once you’ve done both, your mutuelle card will be created and sent out in the following days.
You’ll receive a digital copy in your Feather account, ready to download or show on your phone.
You’ll also get a physical card sent to you by post.
The mutuelle card is valid for one calendar year. You’ll automatically get a new card each year as long as your policy stays active.
