How can I pay for my mutuelle?
You can pay for your mutuelle by credit or debit card, SEPA direct debit, or PayPal. Simply choose your preferred method when you sign up.
How does the first payment work?
If your mutuelle coverage starts in the middle of a month, your first payment is prorated: you only pay for the remaining days in that month.
When will I be billed each month?
After the initial payment, your mutuelle is billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Payments are always made in €.
Can I change my payment method later?
Yes. You can update your payment details at any time directly in your Feather customer account. Any changes you make will apply to the next scheduled payment.
Where can I find my invoices and billing history?
All invoices, receipts, and payment history are available in your Feather customer account for easy access and download at any time.
What if a payment fails?
If a payment fails (for example, if your card expires or there are insufficient funds), you’ll get an email asking you to update your payment method or try the payment again. Make sure your payment details are always up to date to avoid any interruption in coverage.
